SIM card & eSIM
Once we receive the application without or on the desired date, it will in principle become active immediately. Of course, it may occasionally happen that T-Mobile needs a little time to process it. You don’t need to do anything else. You can choose to apply for a T-Mobile account. This allows you to track your usage yourself, for example. Certain options are blocked in this account. For example, you cannot renew or change your subscription yourself; you would have to notify us if you wish to do so.
If you apply for a subscription for a specific start date, you don’t need to do anything else as a partner. We will note in the application that you want the subscription to become active on, for example, 09-09-2025, and it will then happen on that day between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., usually in the morning.
